We loved staying here, the place met the purpose. The hotel was located just next door to The Bay, the lake, city center. Breakfast with fresh vegetables.

Actually everything was really good, you're dope! I had fabulous 2 nights in this hotel that's why I appreciated that. Breakfast was generous with sufficient variety. Absolutely fabulous location, not too far from Lac Cultural Centre.

Unique hotel, picturesque location and sweet stuff. Our room had a fine bed and a perfect view. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. Cheese, hardboiled eggs, meats, fruit and cakes for breakfast were decent, and overall it was quick. There was lakes and parks near the place. The snack bar in the venue had plenty of premium wines and champagne throughout the day.

Best staff, our room was normal double and generally clean. Hot breakfast, hospitable service. Cool tea and wines in the English bar, convenient parking place. Quiet location, close to Art Museum Lugano.

Very convenience location and spotlessly clean place, I loved amicable staff. The breakfast was extensive, overall food was outstanding! Early check in and outstanding service throughout my stay. Furthermore, it was great to have private parking nearby. Within walking distance of the wonderful beach.

We had a great experience. We truly enjoyed the staff and drinks. TV set with satellite channels, a safe and a mini-fridge-bar in the room were convenient. Plus, it's 400 feet of the lake.
